Hathras District Court was inaugurated on 16.01.1999 by the hands of Hon’ble Justice Sri Brijesh Kumar, then acting Chief Justice of Hon’ble High Court, Allahabad. Before that it was a Munsifi of Aligarh District Court. First District Judge of Hathras Judgeship was Mr. Brij Nandan Tiwari.
